The hospitality from the staff was heartwarming. Rajesh, and the food served was a good experience, especially with customized requests met with great enthusiasm.

The air conditioning in our suite was inconsistent, and the mattress showed signs of wear, leaving us uncomfortable at times .

Excellent place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first visit, the staff even assisted me with sim cards, which I appreciate. I highly recommend enjoying the delicious complimentary breakfast. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The amazing view of the Arabian Sea from my Duplex Room was a highlight, complemented by the beautiful coconut palm trees and the soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks. It seemed like paradise.

Really good hospitality shines through in every interaction, especially from the attentive dining staff who made each mealtime nice. The accommodations offered amazing views, and the spacious rooms were well-appointed. Minor improvements could be made, such as enhancing the air conditioning effectiveness and providing better bathroom hooks for convenience. While the beach access was closed during the visit, the beautiful surroundings still was good.

No complaint, the venue exceeded high expectations, couldn't recommend more it. Overall had memorable stay for a perfect vacation. Location: the hotel was just next door to the main restaurant as well as poovar island. Seafood restaurant Swiss Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.
